Pours pale yellow, very hazy with off white frothy head.
Aroma has lots of tropical fruit, passion fruit, mango, peach, hops.
Taste is straight hop juice, so fruity, very smooth, heavily hopped and that distinct other half bite

Doubling the pleasure, doubling the fun. Other Half and The Answer team up for a beer that's just nasty with hop indulgence. Usually double dipping is frowned upon, but when it come to hopping rates, hop heads can't get enough. The imperial IPA that results from such teamwork comes doubly appreciated.
Pale gold and typically hazy, the beer's luscious lather casts a hoppy spell on the nose. Citrus, tropical, botanical aromas seem of candied fruit just before the ale slathers the tongue with the taste of gumdrops, sherbet and graham cracker. And that's just the start.
Then the ale simply blossoms on the middle palate. Waves of hop flavors waft over the senses while the sweetness gradually retreats, leaving a creamy substrate of grain and light toastiness behind. Bright mandarin orange, radiant red grapefruit and fresh lemon zest each lead to a succulent flavor of pineapple, mango and passionfruit for a bittersweet, tangy exotic fare normally found only in tropical fruit punch. Smoothly but sharply bitter, the resinous taste of spruce and juniper carries a grassy, shaved sassafras bite that resonates soundly in finish.
Seeming a bitter, herbal creamsicle, the bold beer trends light and effortless despite its imperial strength and sneaky effects. Dangerously smooth and refreshing, the beer's snappy finish is outlasted only by its classic hop bitterness that's more of a west coast grip than an east coast type of balance. Double Dribble is a masterful IPA that's begging for fruited stilton or a kobe basil stir fry.

16 oz can poured into a Other Half snifter. Collaborated with The Answer brewpub in Virginia. Basketball themed can label with golden basketballs dribbling down the side. Loads of Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Lemondrop were added to the boil then double dry-hopped.
L - pale straw color, cloudy hue, bubbly two finger head, sticky lacing
S - an aroma of its own. Usual suspects of grapefruit and pine with the lemondrop hop pretty much smelling like lemondrops. Nicely done
T - melon, grapefruit peel, mango, pineapple, super tropical notes. Other Half is the bomb at these flavors
F - full-bodied feel, moderate carbonation, pine resin is there. Smooth with a hoppy bite
O - Nothing too heavy on mouthfeel, nice piney bite, but the aroma gets the prize. I am guessing the second dry-hop addition was the Lemondrop, very profound on the nose of pure lemondrop lozenges. Love the basketball theme as well, just in time for the Fultz era! Cheers!

Pours a turbid very dull pale straw in color with a half finger of white head. Aroma is very hoppy; citrusy and tropical with a bit of alcohol. Taste is very tropical, I get a distinct candied pineapple note. Finish is lightly bitter. Medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Despite the rather mediocre appearance this is a great beer. I really enjoy the flavors here and find this quite drinkable.
