16oz can poured into a snifter

A- pours a hazy pale orange with a one-finger foamy white head that has good retention

S- smells of peach gummy rings, citrus zest, grass and pineapple

T- pineapple and peach gummy rings up front, followed by zesty grapefruit and orange. The finish gives some grassy notes with more pineapple

M- medium body with medium carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into a slightly creamy finish

Murky orange with a white cap. Huge citrus and pineapple nose with cutting bitter hops, but has a resin on the finish that seems sweet. Taste does not confirm this however, more earthy and bitter than anything on the finish thankfully, fruits up front are zesty with a side of juice. Feel is smooth before sharply hopped, crushable despite the abv, and more classical than the more potent ddh counterpart

This was another beer that I traded for back in November and finally got around to tonight. While not anything outstanding, this was easily enjoyable while not feeling like an Imperial IPA. It was a bit hefty in spots as the hops competed for attention but still slick enough to feel like an Other Half brew at heart!

Typical pour to this with a juicy, muted look that was apricot in hue. Plenty of head topped it off. Plenty of dank hops, melon, citrus, and stickiness in the nose with an earthy, tropical presence underneath it. The more dank and heavy notes came through in the taste though this beer never felt weighted down. Plenty of body rounded things out as the carbonation was quite light, as well...

Dated 11/12 with "WHATEVER WHENEVER" below that, this was nearly just as basic as the regular version of this. A mild amount of lacing could be seen on the side of my Teku glass as I finished this off, which was on part for the very subdued aftertaste of tropical fruit rind. This was a no-frills beer that had just enough to it to not feel banal, while not breaking any new ground at the same time. Easily something I could mindlessly enjoy infinitely!
