DDH Cream of Broccoli Imperial Oat Cream IPA (7.9%) is an oat cream version of Broccoli with Cascade, Hallertau Blanc, Mosaic, and Simcoe. It has plenty of oats and hint of lactose sugar to make it super smooth and a little creamy.

Pours a hazy straw color, lingering billowy white head. Sweet citrusy aroma. Flavor is sweet candied kiwi, cotton candy, a slight dose of dankness on the swallow. Creamy texture. Overall I love most OH Oat Creams and this is no exception.

Can to goblet. About 2 months old.
LOOK: hazy yellow, big foamy cream colored head. very good retention.
AROMA: melon, earth, peat,
TASTE: grass, pineapple, melon, perfume, wood, ginger, green apple.
FEEL: medium body, a little tacky but pretty smooth. ,
Not quite the flavor profile I am into. A little west coast-ish, but more of the off-flavors are perfumy to me. Strong flavor, Smooth and somewhat enjoyable nonetheless.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy yellow golden pour, thin, creamy white head, lots of lacing. Sweetish aroma, citrus zest and light milky notes. Taste is creamy and smooth, some citrus tang, oranges and tangerine. Oats and lactose work their magic for a velvety feel. Just wonderful all around.

Pour milky, pale gold in color with one half inch head. Taste is white grape, white sugar and dank hops. Medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly bitter. Good by normal standards but not as good as other Other Half beers. Nice Mosaic forward beer.

16oz can dated 12/13/22.
Pours turbid gold with an inch-plus head of white. Pungent aromatics with peach, candied orange, mango, white grape. Medium bodied with creamy mouthfeel. The palate is awash with juicy citrus. Peach, mango, orange. Finishes juicy with minimal malt and a drying bitterness.

Pours a completely opaque color of grapefruit juice with a finger of head. The nose has notes of apricots and nectarines but also some pine in the background. The flavor profile is more citrusy than the nose indicates. The mouthfeel is not nearly as smooth as I expected; rather, it's a bit gritty.
