Served at the Other Half Brewery in Red Hook, Brooklyn, NY.
A: Pours a black color with a foamy tan head, modest retention and lacing.
S: Aromas consistent with Cadbury chocolate and sarsaparilla.
T: Sweet with dark chocolate, vanilla, and Irish whiskey. A bit boozy. Solid, but not overpowering, bitterness.
M: Full bodied with low to medium carbonation. Creamy and smooth.
O: Very enjoyable, like candy.
