Once again, this was a dual hop beer from Other Half that I bought a while ago and took my time getting to. That's only because of my massive stash that I've had here at the house but this was worth the wait as it may have been the best of it's kind that I've been able to review on here. I'm not very familiar with Ekuanot as a hop but it worked beautifully with the Citra here as this was an insanely enjoyable and crushable beer that held up well over the last year and a half!
This had a golden hue to it that was quietly muted and radiant at the same time with a bubbly head topping it off. Most of the lacing was near the top of my pint glass in the form of a thin, but deep ring, as there were a few hints of rings well below that. Tons of dank pineapple, fruit cocktail, soft hops, grass, and urine in the nose as the taste was as soft and deep as the aroma indicated. Hawaiian punch, white cheese, and ripe tropical fruit emerged in the taste as this was quickly out of my pint glass once I took the first sip.
Some of that had to do with how recessed the alcoholic presence was as I couldn't taste any of that and only felt a bit of it by the time I finished this off. A lack of overt carbonation let the flavors linger and thankfully, they were worth savoring here. Canned on 6/07/18 with "COLOR THEORY" written underneath that, this was such a winner as I loved how it crept up on me out of nowhere. Keep these dual hop beers coming!

This beer pours a very cloudy bright yellow color reminiscent of OJ. The head is one finger, thin and bright white. Retention is above average and there are tons of webs and hanging rings of lacing left all over the glass.
Smell is excellent, bright and juicy. Huge candied orange with pineapple, mango, tangerine and a resinous dank note.
Taste starts off very similar. Fruity and juicy from the jump then about mid sip a punchy bitterness arrives that lasts through the finish.
Feel is medium, smooth and juicy with a prickliness from the bitter finish. This beer is insanely drinkable for the abv.
Overall this beer is off the charts. With the huge assortment of fruity aromas jumping out of the glass, the bitterness on the finish really added another layer of flavor and was a welcome suprise.
