Beer or wine? With this offering from Other Half and Garage, you don't have to make that decision! Everything about this was odd - from the name, the label, and the reisling juice that gave this brew it's anomalous taste. Toss in a sufficient amount of booze and the end result was something that I never quite pinpoint or fully get used to...
The pour to this was blonde, muted, and had enough head topping it off as that faded relatively quickly and quietly. Not a lot of suds left behind as what stayed was in the middle of my pint glass with the rest sliding down after every sip. White wine and grape filled the nose along with sweat, stinky socks, and funky yeast as the taste was indeed like a reisling - down to the lack of overt carbonation. Hard to pick out any hops in this but that could have been due to this beer's age.
That's because this was canned on 7/06/18 as it had "KEEP IT CHILL" written below that. Thankfully, there was very little sediment at the bottom of the liquid and the aftertaste was that of a dry, white cheese but in the end, there wasn't much to take away from this beer. Everything about it was a novelty that was worth a go once, just for that factor...

Canned 7/6/18 (19 days ago)
L - 1-finger bubbly head atop a translucent yellow body
S - grape juice, lime, cotton candy, grapefruit.
T - white wine with bitter grapefruit garnish. Cheese, dirt, sweaty socks, urine, alcohol. Moderate bitterness. Low sweetness. Moderate booziness.
F - medium body with minimal carb.
O - really don’t like how this tastes at all. The components just don’t work together.
