Served at the Other Half Brewery in Red Hook, Brooklyn, NY.
A: Pours a black color with a foamy brown head, solid retention and lacing.
S: Aromas consistent with milk chocolate and honey.
T: Sweet with milk chocolate, molasses, vanilla, and lactose sugar flavors. Bitterness sufficient to result in a chocolate sundae picture overall.
M: Full bodied with medium carbonation. Creamy and smooth.
O: Very enjoyable, thought I was in an old fountain store.
