Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Spicy green resinous herbal notes hit first, followed by a lively mix of tropical fruit and zesty citrus, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Bright, spicy, grassy, and resinous, zesty citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, lime, and a hint of lemon, tropical and stone fruit, big just barely under ripe mango, passion fruit, nice hit of lychee, apricot, and nectarine, faintly dank herbal notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: A bit on the lighter side of medium body, moderately lively carbonation, with a little hop burn that comes out more as it warms.
O: This one was wild ride and just kept evolving from one sip to the next. It started citrusy, then the tropical side came out, before the "stick your face right in a bag of hops" intensity emerged, followed by crystal clear lychee and nectarine. Feels a little thin at times, so it drinks more like a hazy XPA, which also makes it strangely refreshing. Still, they packed a lot of intense Citra goodness in there. Can't say it's quite worth the hyped up can price here in CA, but for the price of admission it's very entertaining.

Nice hazy pulpy orange juice looks with a nice white head, nice look. Citra based nose is nice as expected. Taste leans more on the bitter side and I thought this was going to be a tad sweeter.
Medium/thin body, honestly I wanted to like this more.

16oz can. Date of '9/7/2020' is stamped on can bottom.
Murky, pale gold colored body. Big two fingers of white head, which left thick particles and sheets of lacing on the glass.
Aroma is unsweetened grapefruit and a green floral and vegetal dankness.
Taste is immediately tongue numbing from the hops. Muskmelon and grapefruit pith for the fruity flavors. Also has a grassy dankness. Runs the road between extreme bitterness and extreme sweetness. Aftertaste trails off quickly.
A little thin in mouth feel, but kind of soft at the same time. Very good carbonation.
Another iteration of a soft double hopped beer, but missing the sweetness and juiciness of others. Okay, but good that this was a single in a four can sample pack.

Welcome to MN Other Half! Hopefully this is the beginning of a long & tasty relationship…albeit a pricey one. 16 oz. can that with its three brethren retailed at $24.99.
The pour is light yellow stank that’s completely opaque. Vigorous head that has its life tragically cut short. The nose brings grapefruit, scallions, melon. Odd.
Small Citra Everything – Double Dry Hopped is pithy. Abrasive grapefruit dominates with a strong backing of acidic lime & a moderate dose of sharp bitterness. Mid palate is rampant pith with small doses of melon, White Feather Lake swamp, & grain. Certainly easy to drink, which is its primary positive quality.
This is a good beer, but nowhere near worth the price. My wife doesn’t like it at all, so the last two cans will be placed in my side of the fridge. Or consumed while grilling.
