Foudre and Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Coconut and Vanilla. This collaboration brewed with Captain Lawrence Brewing Company over a year and half ago, was conditioned in foudre for 6 months before being transferred to Cognac barrels for 12 months. We then conditioned it on Coconut, Toasted Coconut and Vanilla.
