(33 days old) Standard haze. Fresh, juicy aroma. Vibrant peach and tropical flavor with a citrus rind finish. A bit more resin burn than usual for OH. Really like the flavor intensity at 7.5%. Robust and satisfying without being too heavy.

On tap at St. Gambrinus, Brooklyn.
Hazy auburn; fresh OJ + mango; some twiggy ganga, a ton of citrus juice, some papaya puree, CBD oil hit, peach + soft end; smooth.

Mosaic, Motueka, Idaho 7
Still ticking all the NEIPA boxes. Not getting any distinctively piquant Moteuka/Idaho 7 lemon-lime, though. OH do better.

Cloudy, vibrant orange with a fat finger of foamy, near-white head. Heavy webbed lacing.
Pungent aroma of overripe tangerine, apricot, orange zest and white pepper.
Crazy creamy taste with lighter fruit than the nose let on. Creamed-up apricot and mango blend, with a little doughiness, a hint of citrus and pinch of herbs. There’s a very, very mild herbal bitterness in the finish that prevents it from being too sweet.
The mouthfeel is medium bodied and, yep, creamy, with decent carbonation.
I might have preferred a more bitter finish, but this is spot-on for a NEIPA. Excellent beer.

Pours a murky orange with two fingers of off-white foam that retains fairly well. Lacing is great. Aroma is tangerine, papaya, fleshy and zesty orange, with biscuity, doughy malts. Citrus here comes off a touch like a citrusy cleaner. Flavor profile is papaya, tangerine, mango, melon dew, and zesty orange. Doughy, biscuity, earthy malt gives it a little firmness, but hops are still the story. Hops are abundant in the aroma, but the flavor profile really drives it up a notch or two. Mouth feel is soft and velvety forming a welcoming texture. It has a medium-thick thickness. Overall, big hop notes, which is to be expected. Flavor profile is really the driving force here with the aroma lacking just a touch.
Served in a 12oz snifter from a 16oz can.

L - 3-finger dense yellowish head atop a translucent yellow body.
S - grapefruit, cotton candy, herb.
T - follows the nose. Grapefruit juice and mango with a hit of dank and noticeable cotton candy sugar. Earthy middle, with some pine and caramel. Low bitterness. Moderate sweetness. Low booziness.
F - medium-full body with average carb.
O - I don’t really understand this beer. Shouldn’t curly fries be spicy and savory (even cheesy) rather than sweet?

From a 16oz can, undated. Served in a tulip.
Pours a thoroughly hazy, pale honey or maybe pear colour with a scant finger of soft, soapy suds. Retention is just OK but leaves a soft, creamy cap and collar and slippery swooshes of lacing.
Smells of pineapple and yeasty bread rolls. Aromatic fruity hops and peachy, bready yeast.
Taste is a nice marmalade-y mix of juicy and bitter. Pineapple, mango, oily orange peel and grapefruit pith with doughy white dinner roll. A bit of dank but mostly just juicy, ending with prickly orange, grapefruit and spruce bitterness.
Feel is smooth, juicy and medium-doughy bodied with fine carbonation. Slides down the gullet like hop nectar.
Overall, an archetypical NEIPA. If you're a fan of the style, there's nothing here not to like.
