Cloudy orange. Medium-sized, white head. Sweet tropical fruits in the aroma. Taste follows. A bit too sweet, not enough bitterness for balance. Some alcohol.

Poured into a pint glass. Perfect look of hazy dark yellow hue and an inch of froth on the top. The smell is Mosaic all the way and a bit of orange mango aroma. The taste is chewy and prickly all at once . . . .interesting. It feels dense and strong but coats the mouth with a great chewiness which lingers (might be the alcohol % or oats). The overall experience is great since it is meant to be enjoyed in small amounts and the beer opens up nicely as it warms in the glass.

 

 

A - Pours a hazy orange with a creamy two finger white head. Tons of sticky lacing.

S - Aroma is tangerine, grapefruit and grassy hops.

T - The taste is orange, pineapple, mango, blueberry, grapefruit and light buttering hops.

M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a nice crisp finish.

O - First Other Half beer and I’m really digging it. Definitely doesn’t drink like 10.5%.

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy, yellowish, thin creamy head, rings of lacing. Dank, tropical aroma, overripe fruit. Taste is deep dank flavors, stone fruit, tropical. Thick, creamy feel, dry, mouth coating. And excellent.....

 

 

 

Can. Eggshell white head with lace. Hazy mango orange color with lots of sediment.

This seems like a bit much. Maybe too bitter, too earthy, too boozey. Just doesn’t taste like an OH. Some melon and honeydew. Tangerine.

It’s okay, but I’m definitely disappointed with this one.

Look - thick creamy orangish yellow with a nice white head and sticky lacing and rimming
Smell - super dank citrus tropical floral
Taste - tropical citra really dank w a nice oat backbone
Feel - creamy full body very light carn

Pours a hazy orangeish yellow golden. Off white head. A little bit of berry character on the nose. There's berry character, eucalyptus, and a touch of Pez candy. Booze is quite present and instantly felt. Some menthol on the finish. It's fine and it got better as I adjusted to the initial heat, but it falls far short of DMD.

 

Opaque medium orange gold with thin white lacing. Dank citrus and berry with sticky pine on the nose. Flavor is berry, dank, juicy citrus, some pineapple, and mango. Nice lingering hoppy citrus on the palate. Big medium body with a very well hidden alcohol presence. Highly recommended.

Just when I thought I couldn't enjoy something more than DDH Mosaic Dream this one comes along and basically takes the crown, The pour much like the previously mentioned beer is yellow and hazy with a white head on top. Again, big notes of fresh fruity tropical hops shine bright from the glass. The taste is once again sweet and creamy with a wonderful hoppy balance to it. The feel is probably even more impressive than the DDH version because of it being about 2% higher in alcohol and there is virtually no difference. Overall, I love it, I'd drink more of it if I came across it.

 

 

Not sure if I prefer Double Dry Hopped Double Mosaic Dream to the triple dry hopped version. Probably. This one hits all the same notes. Has an orange and blueberry aroma and taste. Just a little too sweet with the extra ABV. A fantastic TIPA but not quite as good as the DIPA version.
