With Eggo waffles and maple syrup. We brewed an imperial stout specifically for Pastry Town and this VIP version gets the breakfast treatment because it’s the most important meal of the day.

This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This one smells like rich and boozy maple, coffee, roasted malt, candied sugar, and lots of chocolate.
The Eggo waffles don't actually do anything here, but the maple is done bullishly but well. There's quite a bit of here, and it's got this spiked boozy character while remaining pretty sweet. There's additionally lots of chocolate and a touch of coffee like character as well.
This is medium bodied, slightly syrupy, and with low carbonation. It's definitely a slow sipper.
This isn't as good as the BA Pastrytown, but it's still a very fun beer.
