Collaboration with Omnipollo
With Peanut Butter, Maple, Vanilla, Caramel Sauce, Corn Flakes, Cookie Crisp, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Golden Grahams, Cocoa Puffs, oats and milk sugar brewed in collaboration with the always adventurous flavor chemists Omnipollo. This breakfast styled menagerie was concocted specially for VIP Pastry Town guests. It’s kinda like a Nutter Butter got smashed with boxes of cereal

On tap at Other Half Rochester in Bloomfield, NY.
This pours a very dark black color, with basically no head or lacing.
This smells like caramel syrup, sweet amber maple, chocolate syrup, vanilla, peanut butter candy, and sugar.
This is ultra sweet but it doesn’t go fully over the top, miraculously. The caramel and maple are the dominant flavors here, with such a wonderful candied sweetness. There’s lots of cocoa and fudge too, and no real hint of the salty snacks or cereal. The peanut butter is subtle on the back end.
This is thick and syrupy, with no booziness at all. It’s strangely drinkable, though 4 oz is certainly enough.
This is really stupid and really awesome at the same time.
