Picked this up at Other Half last year and took a while to get around to it. Of course, I wanted to review this beer given that Cloudwater was involved in it's creation but this result of the collaboration between two brewers that I love was just a bit less than stellar. That's not to say that this was a drain pour but it was just a wee bit too heavy and muddle for me to rate highly on here, in spite of it's origins!
Canned on 4/5/19 with "GOBFKLI TEPE" written underneath that, the Great Gatsby-esque label was by far this beer's most elegant attribute. Hazy, golden, and fairly thick, the head that topped this off wasn't terribly thick although the lacing left behind was fairly extensive, webbed, and indicative of this beer's overall mass. Quite dank, hoppy, and reminiscent of oats, there was plenty of body to this as the grassy and turbid nose complemented that quite well. Lots of grass, tropical notes, and deep citrus were in the nose as there was a heavy dry lime, tropical pith, and orange tanginess in the mouhtfeel that made this come alive. Deep, dank hops, underlying cream, and an earthy mintiness rounded out the mouthfeel as this came across as quite heavy on the palate with a ton of dank, dewy grassiness lingered on the mouth once the liquid fully went down...
A hint of mint went along with that as the booze was present from start to finish and gave this a ton of potency that complemented the hop and flavor profile that lingered throughout. Sticky and subtly sweet like a fine honey, this was a heavy, serious beer that held me attention from the first sip to the last drop. If you're looking for a beer that was everlastingly strong and potent for the duration, this would certainly fit that bill. It was easy on the palate but everything else about this was heavy, and certainly not for the faint of heart! Worth a go once for those seeking quality in their brews!

Pours entirely cloudy with a big, bubbly head.
Offers an intense smell of papaya, dank, skunky weed and bright, grass accompanied oranges. This balanced impression on the nose gets enriched by peaches, lime pulp and even a bit more grass. This is doubtlessly still heavy on the fruits, but for this brewery it appears almost subtle, amped up by bright citrus and a light layer of noble grass.
Offers a creamy, medium mouthfeel with a light carbonation spark after the swallow with a long lasting bitterness to it.
Tastes of sugared grapefruits, lime and sweet peach pulp. Maintains its beautiful, unusual flavor arrangement enriched by water melon, strawberries and an uprising, ice bonbon accompanied bitterness. Finishes with a fantastic smoothness and an ongoing, intense bitterness, together with wild honey, passion fruit and even more limes.
Beautiful taste profile meets a fantastic nose in this, tied together by its unique- and boldness. Offers a great mouthfeel atop, giving the beer a truly enjoyable smoothness.
