One of the new kids on the block, Cashmere, has a fruity pebbles kick with a sweet lemon character. Balanced out with oats and lactose for smoothness.

Hazy, golden color. Thin, white head. Tropical fruits, malt, and lactose in the aroma. Rather sweet taste with some hoppy bitterness. Easy drinkable IPA.

16oz can poured into a SA glass
A-pours a hazy pale orange with a one-finger creamy white head that has great retention and leaves some lacing behind
S- smells of candied lemon peels, grapefruit juice, pineapple and some light resinous pine
T- opens with sugary lemon notes, followed by some juicy pineapple and ripe kiwi. The finish gives lemon head candy with some resinous pine to close it out
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that turns creamy into the finish

16oz can from Tavour. Hazy golden pour, small creamy white head. Aroma is fruity, banana, tangy. Taste is a real fruit punch blend, still with some banana notes. Light zesty finish. Creamy feel.

They say not to judge a book - or in this case, a beer - by it's cover but this was something looked and sounded just like it was in actuality. If you like soft beers with lots of Cashmere in it and an easygoing nature to it, you've found you're match with this one. Sure, it was canned on 4/17/19 with "CASHMERE OUTSIDE" written below it but it held up well over the last 11 months and was so fun and sweet to drink during these trying times...
Nice, light gold hue to this as this was quite muted, but bright enough as it wasn't terribly cloudy or muddled. Enough head topped it off as most of the lacing was in the form of thin, wavy rings along the top third of my pint glass. Lots of Cashmere, bubble gum, and white grapefruit in the nose as the taste was just as soft, sweet, and forgiving. Sugary candy, fruity pebbles, lemon pepper and spice, and light champagne were in the taste as this was just a bit sour to go along with the overt and lasting sweetness. Some exotic and passion fruit came into the fray once this fully warmed up but indeed, this was a sweet concoction that bordered on artificial as the oats gave it plenty of body and the lactose was present long after the last sip went down...
Just the right amount of booze was in this at complemented the hops nicely but could never be overtly tasted or felt. Hardly any carbonation to this as everything lingered for ages and of course, left me wanting more once it finally faded away. Just a few pieces of dark sediment at the bottom of the liquid were the only deterrents as once again, Other Half had a winner on it's hands. This was fun stuff that I'd reach for again when needing an IPA that would also double as a dessert beer!

Another stand out OH brew. Loved the Cashmere hop... noticed as expected the melon and citrus, but sweetness from tropical flavors ( some pineapple and coconut) and lactose really made this very enjoyable. Very smooth and little astringency. Nice job!

Other Half Brewing - Double cashmere daydream
Pours a hazed yellow color with a smaller, stable white head.
Smells of an intense passion fruit fruitiness, amped up by subtle citrus and pineapple. This is on point, its smelling like tropical fruit sorbet with a hint of kiwi and ripe oranges. Quite powerful indeed, creates an amazingly intriguing nose with just a hint of grass to create a subtle counterpart to the fruitiness in this.
Has a lighter, mellow mouthfeel, which turns just a tad more vivid during the beer‘s finish, creating a refreshing, easy drinking beer, which is soft on the tongue throughout.
Tastes of juicy passion fruit, unripe mango and cactus juice, tied together by a handful of fresh cut limes. Those limes establish a decent bitterness from first glance, adding a great depth to the fruity hops of this, just emphasizing its exotic richness. Finishes heavy on the fruits with more oranges, younger papaya and prevailing lime, creating a short, slightly bitter aftertaste, which gets accompanied by a note of white bread dough and crackers.
Very well made double ipa with a beautiful nose to it, which gets mirrored and diversified in the flavors. Its fruitiness is heavenly and its mouthfeel close to world class, leading to a fantastic beer.

L 2-finger offwhite head atop a murky yellow body.
S - bubble gum, floral, orange candies, pineapple juice.
T - follows the nose. Quite floral with juicy pineapple, lemon, and orange juice following. Low bitterness. Moderate-low sweetness. Low booziness.
F - medium body and carb.
O - kinda weird, but good.
