A: The beer is crystal clear golden yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of spicy Saaz hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is dominated by spicy flavors of Saaz hops with some herbal notes. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation, with the hops delivering a clean and crisp mouthfeel.
O: This is a well-hopped pilsener that really exemplifies the smell, taste, and feel of the Saaz hops. I guess this is not to be expected from a brewery that is known for the hops in their IPAs.
