Pale gold and clear with a huge fluffy white head. Excellent retention. Great looking pilsner.
Aroma is rather mild. Sweet pils malt forms a good base for the floral hops. Light lemon citrus adds an interesting twist on the classic pilsner profile. Very clean and well-balanced.
My favorite aspect of this beer was how soft it felt on the palate. Medium bodied yet light enough to keep it easy to drink all day.
Not exactly a classic German pils, but not that far off either. Would happily drink this again.
