Yeah, I'll say it - I have no idea what this beer is about or wanted to be. Sure, the label was fun and gave me a hint that may have been something that tasted like a breakfast sandwich straight out of a deli in this neck of the woods. The potency and hops in this beer would never have allowed it to be something I'd drink first thing in the morning and it wasn't anything that stood out to me in any of it's aspects. In the end, this was a decent brew from two places that I love although it wasn't among their better offerings...
Like most other Other Half beers, this had a muted, golden, and pleasing hue to it with enough head to top it off. Most of the lacing left behind was in the middle of my pint glass with the thickest ring being about a third of the way down my pint glass. Lots of splotchy lacing could be seen below that as this was a moderately thick beer. Tons of orange zest, melon, and wheat were in the mild nose as the taste was just as bright and lively. Mild green hops, meaty grease, and deep tropical fruits were in the taste as I couldn't quite figure out what this beer wanted to be.
Yes, there was booze here and yes, this was mildly strong although it wasn't terribly potent enough for me to handle. A minty and dewy aftertaste tied everything in together but in the end, this was an anomaly more than anything else. Canned on 5/28/19 with "GUTBUSTER" written underneath that, this wasn't quite that but was enough to leave me wanting more, and wanting to figure out exactly what this was. Not a bad beer but it was too plain and undefined for me to rate any higher on here...

L - 1.5 finger foamy offwhite head atop a dirty orange body.
S - floral, sweet candy, orange juice.
T - follows the nose. A sweeter mix of floral and citrus hops. Slightly dirty middle. Low bitterness. Moderate sweetness. Low booziness.
F - medium body and carb.
O - quite the mishmash of hop flavors.

Pours a hazy medium straw color, like light OK. Great dank hop aroma, loads of guava. Fantastic hop flavor, plenty of dank hoppy oil, resinous. Carbonation is appropriate, slick mouthfeel. Overall a really good DIPA, would like to drink this again.

Canned 6 days ago.
The look is murky orange. Thick haze. Off-white lacing.
The nose radiates from feet away. Orange, mango, gummy candy, and dank weed. Hints of vanilla.
The taste is mango candy with dry, bitter green on the backend. Decent bite. Starts with ripe fruit and finishes with wispy booze and green hop intensity. This will probably smooth out with another 1-2 weeks in the can (EDIT: It did)
The mouthfeel is medium+ before drying out.
Overall, a flavorful DIPA with a dank edge.
