Triple Mosaic Dream gets the high density hop charge treatment with our hand picked T-90 Mosaic pellets, Mosaic cryo and a new special Mosaic hop product for some extra Mosaic goodness. All the flavor and pop of a 15 lb/bbl hop charge but way smoother.

How is this considered to be an American Imperial IPA? The other iterations of this were classified as New England IPA's and this one should be categorized as such, in my opinion. No, this wasn't dank and unfiltered but it was every bit as good as anything that I've had from this neck of the woods as it was possibly the best iteration of a Mosaic beer that I've ever had from Other Half!

This was the first HDHC brew that I ever had from these guys and it showed from the moment that I poured it out. Murky and muddled, this had a very deep melon hue that didn't let a light shine through it. Enough head topped it off as most of the lacing was in the form of a deep ring near the top of my pint glass. Such a smooth and boozy aroma to this with a ton of deep and dank Mosaic and overripe tropical fruit underneath that. Loads of those were in the taste too as each sip went down faster than I would have liked - but in a good way! A bit of heavy grapefruit and bright, brisk forest was also in here as I could feel the outdoorsy nature of this beer on my palate long after I finished it off.

Tons of booze here and you'll feel it and with a recessed carbonation, it allowed the HDHC to really shine through. Canned on 8/20/19, this didn't have any sediment in the liquid or at the bottom as it held up nicely over the last 7 months. If you like Mosaic or Other Half's better offerings, give this a go. None of their beers that I've had have felt like this!

Beer is extremely smooth, with a great hop layering of Mosaic. I think the can art on this beer is also particularly nice, and the smoothness is legendary.
