Collaboration with Track Brewing Company
Our buddies from Track Brewing in Manchester, UK make Sonoma, one of the best hop forward cask ales we've had, so we decided to give it the Other Half DIPA treatment. It's normally a 3.8% beer packed with Citra, Centennial and Mosaic. We amped the malt bill hit it with some Citra and Centennial and then smacked it with a ton of Mosiac and Mosaic Cryo. Brewed with extra pale malt, corn and wheat.
