Collab with Silicon Valley and HBO. We brewed this DIPA as an ode to their app that identifies hotdogs (and not hot dogs) - we suggest you download it ASAP. Brewed with Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin.

There's one point while Jian Yang is trying to teach his app to recognize more food groups for his app that he expresses, "I fucking hate SeeFood. I have to look at different hot dogs. There's Chinese hot dogs, Polish hot dogs, Jewish hot dogs. It fucking stupid."
Sometimes I reach this wall when it comes to my beer reviews. It's becoming rarer and rarer that I experience that transcendental moment sipping a beer that communicates to me in such a way that bespeaks poetry while fruitful adjectives dance around jovially. Usually these are 'surprise' beers for me that I wasn't expecting to light my palate up. This beer deserves a better review, but in the end it's another IPA with hops that are familiar but special in this new composition; this is something so recognizable that it must be unique and amazing...right? Well, at least I thought that about the name, for which I gave it a 5 for appearance, a.k.a. can art (the liquid all looks the same to me). Anyway, with that I leave you these parting words, again from Silicon Valley:
Richard: Look, taking existing companies and just calling them "new" isn't sophisticated. That's theft.
Jian-Yang: You make a new Internet.

16 oz. can. Hazy orange. Smells of garlicky mosaic and some sort of tropical fruit. Some alcohol. Tastes of straight tropical fruit up front. A hint of garlic, but not enough to keep it that interesting. Sweet and a little boozy. Medium body. Tasty, but not special.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
