Aged One Year in Rum Barrels w/ Crak We aged our beautiful collab, Pistachio Vanilla Cake in rum barrels for a year and the result was a beautiful imperial stout that we conditioned on pistachios and vanilla. A wonderful mix of rum, pistachio, vanilla and milk sugar.

Pours very dark, nice mocha head that slowly fades. Very syrupy, nice legs. Aroma is very sweet, chocolate, lots of rum, noticeable pistachio. Flavor is rum. Lots of rum. Delicious. Very sweet and sticky, chocolate, sweet vanilla, molasses, dark brown sugar, pistachio is faint. Boozy finish. Viscous and syrupy, sticky and sweet. Overall a very sweet BA beer, love the rum, great sipper.
