Collaboration with Three Chiefs Brewing Co.
DD stands for Daydream. We wanted to play off Three Chiefs clean simple style of branding and naming but give it a little OH. We went back to one of our most straight forward and cleanest daydream base recipes and heaped loads of our favorite hops from the series onto this beer. Cashmere, Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic and Motueka with a ton of oats and hint of lactose.

L-Perfect pour yields 3/4 inch frothy head that settles into thin whitecap after a few minutes..........lacing is thick with good retention leaving a coating on the side of the glass.......hazy, cloudy, slightly lighter than OJ
S-Loads of sweet tropical fruits.......ripe melon, papaya, mango, peach, orange
T-Similar to the nose.......extra juicy and fruity.....melon, mango, orange are the dominant flavors.......there is a slight floral note in the finish
F-Carb is moderate.........medium bodied.........creamy and soft.........very drinkable
O-Exceptional brew
