Collaboration with Northern Monk
Maybe not death, but perhaps a dessert coma? Our friends from Northern Monk came through and helped us jam this stout full of Cacao nibs, hazelnuts, marshmallow, maple, vanilla and ice cream.

22 July 2020 - Beer #149
Corona Day #132
Price: $16 at the brewery
Appearance: 4 - black and thick. No head, but plenty of alcohol legs.
Nose: 5 - tons of roasty malt. Weird, I get coconut even though that's about the only thing not actually in there.
Taste: 4 - super tasty. Lots of different flavors. The maple stands out. A bit too boozy.
Mouth: 5 - thick, chewy, and sticky. I need to brush my teeth like right now.
Overall: 4 - a decadent treat for sure. Don't drink more than one.
Stay safe out there, my friends.
Cheers!
