We concocted this beer with our friends Monkish Brewing, Cellarmaker Brewing and HBO Silicon Valley to celebrate the season and series finale of Silicon Valley. We're hoping for more daily active users than a click farm which is why this offering contains hops like Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, Cashmere, Galaxy and Motueka.

Poured from a 16oz can.
Look is a dark hazy yellow with a thin white head.
Taste has a definite alcohol astringency, with a little bit of a lemon kick coming in the end.

Canned 11/25/19
L: hazy yellow, zero clarity. A finger of off-white head with minimal lacing.
S: Stonefruit, citrus and tropical fruits. Hints of grass and booze.
T: Follows the nose, pithy citrus with booze to follow. Nice hoppy presence at finish.
F: Medium in body, medium in weight. Booze cuts through and cuts back on the feel.
O: A nice TIPA but I have had better from Other Half. As always, I am grateful to have tried. Cheers!

Well, after one of the worst beers I have ever had (I’d rather not be a hater and list it), I decided that I needed to go big or go home. And with this 10% Triple collaboration between Other Half, Cellarmaker, and Monkish, I felt like I was calling Babe Ruth off of the bench in the bottom of the 9th with the bases loaded and down by three.
And...?
Well, we sure as hell don’t get the Sultan of Swat in this behemoth of a Collab. I’m thinking more Pee Wee Reese. I mean, no way in hell is this a Grand Slam. But a bloop single over the second basemen that scores one? Sure. It’s just too muted and one note. There’s not a lot going on here. I’m not asking for David Lynch depth, but hell, give me more than something starring Lindsey Lohan.
Peace!
