It’s like pure cake batter in stout form. It contains carrots, vanilla, cinnamon, pecans and milk sugar. Collaboration with J. Wakefield Brewing.

Pours dark and viscous. Aroma - I get cream cheese, like a cheesecake. Flavor - I get a lot of cinnamon, but a also get the creamy carrot cake flavor as well. Carbonation is appropriate. Overall a very flavorful imperial stout, exceptional.

Too sweet. Flavors don’t mesh.

This one pours a very dark black color, with a small filmy head, and not much lacing.

This one smells like sugary booze, molasses, carrot cake, cinnamon, and gummy vanila.

Other Half stouts are expected to be pretty sweet, but this one goes definitely over the top. It definitely tastes like they dumped a carrot cake, extra frosting, Hershey's syrup and just a boat load of sugar into a blender, and this beer came out. All the flavors are there, but they kind of just meld together into one syrupy monster. It's also much, much boozier than the typical OH pastry stout - they usually hide the booze better than this.

This is thick and syrupy, and lightly carbonated. It's hard to drink - my pour seemed to last forever.

The new Snowbirds variants have been mostly good, but this was a swing and a miss.
