Our Long Island pals Sand City Brewing Co. swung through to help us continue the glory of collaborative mash up of All Green and Infinity +1 which previously resulted in All Infinity Everything, Infinity + Everything and Double Infinity Daydream this time with a guest appearance from our long time crush Forever Simcoe. This was another beer that I picked up at Other Half that I took a bit of a while to get around to, even though I haven't had it here for that long! Pumped to have this as I love nearly everything that them and Sand City has released and yes, this was on par with their other offerings. While not groundbreaking or a game-changer, this was a fun beer that was easy to enjoy as the alcohol was nicely hidden!

Not a bad pour to this as the liquid was golden, hazy, and nicely bright. Enough head topped it off although it wasn't anything terribly thick as the lacing left behind in the form of thin and splotchy rings that weren't terribly well-defined. Lots of funky tropical fruit, white grape, dry lime, and dank, weed in the nose as the hops were quite varied and overall, dark! The taste was just as varied, turbid, and heavy on the palate, as the body was moderate and carbonated just enough to keep this from feeling weighed down. All of your favorite hops would probably in this in one form or another as the slickness of the body combined with the fruit cocktail of flavors to made this feel like a white wine that somehow got put into a fermentation tank and combined with malted barley. While not for everyone, I enjoyed the feel of this although I wish it was just a tad lighter in the aftertaste!

Enough booze was in here as this was moderately heavy in heft without being strong enough to knock me out. Canned on 2/21 with "THE HOMIES" underneath it, this wasn't typical for either brewery but could have been a bit better given who had a hand in this. If you like either of it's creators, you'll be satisfied with this while realizing that it's potential was indeed, limitless...

Pours a nice pineapple color. 2 finger white fluffy head. Head retention is great. Beautiful lacing on the glass.
The nose is a mellow pineapple aroma.
Taste - Pineapple, some grapefruit mixed in as well.
Creamy, ands soft feeling.
Another delicious IPA from Other Half.

Very good citrus smell. Some decent dankness as well in this beer. Hazy color, off white head. Very enjoyable - purchased via can at the brewery pre-Covid.
