This is our newest iteration of our Galaxy hop focused beers. Brewed with Galaxy and an exciting new neo-mexicanus hop, Zappa, with notes of mango, passion fruit, citrus, and a hint of pine and fruity pebbles.

Poured into a Teku from a can released 3/14
L: light gold/yellow, not creamy more dirty. Off white head that dissipated after a couple minutes, some lacing
S: tropical fruit - passionfruit, mango, citrus. Little less in your face dank/juicy than other OH but aroma solid
T: think this is where people aren’t fans, I like it. Nice tropical taste follows from the nose, with this piney/somewhat grassy finish and a bit of bitter I’m digging. Don’t think it’s green/hop burn, but if so I’ve had much worse from OH haha
F: pretty standard - enjoyable, smooth, nice carbonation
O: can understand why folks looking for something more “standard” OH may be put off by this but I’m digging it. Some solid tropical notes (OH does Galaxy well, interested in these Zappa hops) with a piney hit I like. Cheers!
