A hazy Imperial IPA highlighting a single hop variety, Mosaic. Notes of creamy blueberry, mango, tropical fruits, and a little dankness.

Hazy, pale orange, mild head and lacing. Mild scents of mango and tropical fruit. Taste follows, mild flavors of the above, slight zesty citrus tang. Medium bodied, mild alcohol presence, mouth watering finish. Not bad, not great.

Served in a teku glass from the can.
Appearance: Hazy pale gold color with a head which which initially rose a full finger's length off the body.
Smell: Super floral, straight hop pellets invading your nose.
Taste: Butter citrus sweet brew. Ridiculously floral.
Mouth: Soft carbonation, comes off a little dry.
Overall: Good brew, anyone who loves NEIPAs it's a nice thirst quencher.

From can / poured in OH snifter after 6 hours yard work.
Beautiful creamy white full head pour that slowly dissipated to nice halo with copious lacing. Yellow/ orange haze with no murkiness.
Soft pleasant nose subdued citric and melon with some almost bubble gum notes.
Taste much more upfront… pineapple, clementine, ripe mango, bubble gum, cantaloupe. Just a bit of resin/ dank at end. Delightful.
Body very smooth but still a nice bit of carb crispness. Really drinkable sipper but also has a great refreshing character too.
Overall this was just a great OH brew I’d missed in past. So glad I had it.
FWIW…really remarkable how good this beer was considering I found on a “mix six” shelf 5 months after canning.

7/13/22 canning... Typical fruit juice-looking imperial NEIPA action here, with a big grapefruit tang and sweetness... Some undercurrents of pineapple and bitter shellac, an expectedly smooth and fuzzy feel... Drinks soft and zesty, very enjoyable...
