Like so many of their other beers, this got the HDHC treatment at Other Half last week as it was the fifteenth iteration of All Together that I was able to get my hands on. Given who brewed it and the treatment that this beer got, this held up to expectations as it was not quite like the original as this was incredibly smooth and the hops were easy to enjoy while staying true to it's original form.
This had a nice, golden hue to it that was cloudy like a New England IPA although this didn't look intentionally unfiltered. The head that topped it off was moderate and took a while to fade as the lacing left behind was thin and extensive with hints of rings in the midst of the suds. Loads of oats, soft hops, sharp lime and grapefruit, as the taste was just as balanced, smooth, and acrid on the palate. Deep mint, dewy forest, orange rind, and hints of weed came through as this fully warmed up as the beer had plenty of Carapils, which gave it a nice depth and a full aftertaste that rounded this out nicely.
Not a lot of booze in this and carbonation was on the lighter side as well with the end result being a beer that had a nice depth to it without feeling overly hopped, heavy, or potent. Canned on 5/27 with "SOM BOM BOM SOMPA BOM" written underneath it, this felt fresh and like an Other Half beer, in every aspect. Here's to hoping they come out with another iteration of this, as each one seems to be better than it's predecessor!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
