Like all of our "Diamonds" beers this leads from the front with big doses of Galaxy but this version is hopped with a good amount of our hand-selected Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin.

From a 16oz can, dated 12/21/20. Served in a willi becher glass.
Pours an opaque mango-gold with two fingers of bubbly head. Retention is pretty good, leaving a foamy cap and scattered gobs of bubbly lacing.
Smell is malty-fruity, reminiscent of biscuits and jam. Not especially intense but nice enough.
Taste follows the nose, wherein the jam turns out to be lemon-pineapple which sits on a dense malty body very much like jam on a biscuit. Nice. Alcohol is noticeable but in an entirely good way, being the vehicle that carries waves of fruity flavor. A slightly sour, compost and white wine aftertaste - it really could have done without the nelson.
Feel is thick and juicy, creamy on the tongue and brightly carbonated. Some boozy warmth in the gullet.
Overall, very nice. Probably a little boozier than some people are going to appreciate but I liked it a lot. I dinged the overall by 0.25 because nelson is annoying.

Pours a hazy medium yellow, ample head. Citrusy and dank aroma. Great hop flavor, lots of bright citrus with a light dose of dankness. Has a nice sweetness to it as well. Carbonation is perfect, medium bodied. Overall a. Dry good, nicely balanced DIPA, would by again.

Can. White head with lace. Hazy golden orange juice color.
Papaya, orange, mango, and other tropical fruits. Earthy hops to let you know it’s an ipa. Not bitter but there are hops. Very happy with this one. Incredible drinkability.
