We are finally ready to release our first beer from our mixed culture and spontaneous brewing program. This beer is a 9-12 month blend from French oak barrels. Made with 100% local malt, and wild yeast cultures cultivated from our own backyard in Bloomfield, and the Cordillera Central Mountains of the Dominican Republic. Bright acidity with notes of wildflower honey, orange blossom and lemongrass.
