This is close to an absolutely banging crushable lager. The malt backbone is just slightly under-attenuated. Fortunately, the Nelson gives it enough punch to keep it from being cloying and to keep it interesting. Ferment this out a bit to dry it out, and it becomes an amazing beer to buy by the case.
