We are still here at Toomey's Corner only now we've gone DDH. In addition to the double dry hop we also updated the base recipe to correct what we thought was too much malt character on the OG batch. We made some adjustments because we really want our hand selected Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Cashmere, Cashmere Cryo and Bru-1 to shine through.

16 oz. can. Pale hazy orange. Smells of Mosaic hops with a little tropical fruit and a garlicky backdrop. A little bit of lime candy behind it. Tastes of Mosaic with a zip of lime and herbal notes. Like a cough drop candy flavor behind the mosaic. Medium body with no bitterness. Different enough to be interesting.

On tap at Other Half Finger Lakes in Bloomfield, NY.
This one pours a very hazy orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like basically every other OH IPA out there, but it definitely seems pretty good. It's got a dry finish, with mango, grapefruit, and blueberry up front, all kind of blending together in the overall juicy bag that most OH beers taste like.
This is light bodied, clean, crisp, and very drinkable, with a nice smooth finish.
I'm not sure this does much to stand out from the pack, but from an enjoyment standpoint, it wins.
