Gorgeous, translucent body; soft yellow and capped with a rocky, white, lasting head. A light punch of lemon greets the nose; herbal, earthy hop spiciness. An outstanding deft blend of mild lemon and other citrus flavors; biscuit; quiet tanginess offsetting low-level sweetness; bare hint of bitterness. Medium body; light, creamy texture; gentle acidic note.
A most pleasant and delicious New England-styled IPA. Subtlety and nuance rule here, folding all the sensory components together into a very complex yet balanced beer. Absolutely stunning overall!

Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a conical pint glass; canned on 08/27/20, code CALM BEFORE THE STORM.
A: Pours an opaque, deep yellow color (think white grape fruit juice), with a one finger, white head, rim and cap retention, and gorgeous rings of Brussels lacing.
S: Aromas of caramel, barley, grapefruit, and honeysuckle. Perhaps a subtle vegetal note.
T: More semisweet than semidry. Flavors definitely akin to the nose, but there is a very significant banana flavor and consistency. Solid bitterness offsets any excessive sweetness.
M: Medium to full bodied with moderate carbonation. Creamy, juicy, and luscious.
O: Gorgeous flavor experience. Guessing the blue flip top means this was made in Rochester (that seems to be the pattern).

I am super biased and possibly not sober, but this brewery is top 100 world wide, get it before it’s a pain in the ass to find. This beer pours a vivid yellow, made my eyes perk up, pick up this one if you find it in the wild!!!

On tap at Other Half Finger Lakes in Bloomfield, NY.
This one pours a hazy looking light yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like passion fruit, mango, grapefruit, and marijuana
Like usual, I vastly prefer OH’s lower alcohol IPAs. This has a very nice citrus and passion fruit like hop character, with just a subtle bitterness.
This is light bodied, creamy, and very drinkable.
Other Half tends to do stuff with Galaxy well, and this continues that trend.
