We brewed this crispy beer with delicious Liberty and Crystal hops for maximum smoothness and crushability on a clean light malt base. Just good crispy beer.

16 oz. can. Pours very clear pale yellow with a big white head. Smells of grass and florals with some biscuit malt. Tastes bitter throughout. Grassy and herbal bitterness. Slight biscuit malt with hints of honey. Well carbonated. Definitely crispy. Not bad, really.

Lightly hazed pale straw with two fat fingers of slightly-yellowed head. Decent retention and moderate lacing.
Crisp enough aroma with a little skunk, hint of sulfur and an herbal note somewhere between minty and grassy.
Not so crisp tasting. Instead it’s bready — even slightly doughy — with a nice sweetness to it. More minty than grassy here, too. There is some sulfur and general bitterness in the aftertaste, though.
A touch heavier bodied than expected for the style. Lively carbonation.
Despite not totally living up to the crispy moniker, this is a very tasty beverage. Very drinkable.

Missed on style. Not crisp.
