We put healthy amounts of Galaxy which is packed with mango, guava, and mild passion fruit on a base meant to highlight the heavy hop doses but still tastes clean.

From a 16oz can, dated 11/10/20. Served in a tulip.
Pours a cloudy, murky, dark orange with a scant finger of creamy head. Retention is unremarkable but leaves a solid curtain of fine lacing.
Medium-rich aroma of pineapple syrup and lighter fluid. Smells flammable.
Taste follows the nose and, while not as boozy as feared, is a bit harsh and grainy. Pineapple juice dominates and, frankly, that’s pretty much that. Sweet and boozy.
Feel is sticky-syrupy, medium-thick bodied with ample fine, prickly carbonation. Boozy warmth in the gullet.
Overall, you might put a maraschino cherry in it and serve it in a tiki bar.
