Mosaic-heavy and intertwined with Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin. Our mango and blueberry forward mosaic plays well with the guava, mango and mellow passion fruit character of our Galaxy. The Nelson pops in for that fruity wine wine hit with some clean dankness.

Pineapple/OJ. Big berry and stonefruit aroma and flavor; peaches. Good balance with little to no bitterness. Medium bodied, juicy and fairly smooth.

Has some NEIPA qualities, but a bit thinner of the style in terms of scent, taste, and feel. Zesty, citrusy, tangy-grapefruit and pineapple flavors. Lighter to medium bodied, mild alcohol presence. Tasty, but expected more.

16 oz. can. Hazy orange. Smells of white grape, sweet pale malt, light dank notes. Tastes of sweet citrus and white grape. Earthy yeast. Herbal back end. Medium heavy. Sweet, but not too bad.

From a 16oz can, dated 12/03/20. Served in an IPA glass.
Pours milky orange with two fingers of soft, soapy, lathery fluff. Retention is excellent leaving a heavy blanket of creamy foam and a thick, bubbly curtain of lacing.
Nose is something less than medium intensity. Mainly grape-y but there’s something tart and green in there, too.
Taste is fruity reisling-like and slightly boozy. White wine, gooseberry, passionfruit, melon rind.
Feel is smooth, creamy and mouth-coating, medium-bodied with fine, tingly carbonation. There is a pronounced fermented berry, boozy warmth in the gullet.
Overall, pretty good. I’m not a big fan of nelson and, mosaic and galaxy notwithstanding, the nelson is strong in this one. Nevertheless, entirely drinkable.
