Taking that Broccoli to the next level with some juicifying Phantasm powder plus we made another hop switch up. Still packed with Simcoe, Mosaic and Cascade, but this new Broc version has the Hallertau Blanc swapped out for our hand selected Nelson Sauvin to complement the Phantasm.

Copenhagen 4/1 2024. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Steel can with pink label with a shower of Broccoli. Does insure me that the beer do not contain Broccoli.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin creamy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of Tropical fruits mingling with a stronger citric scent. Pineapple. Lemon and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Elegant and pretty light DIPA with absolutely no trace of Broccoli.

Tall undated can.
Pours fully hazed under a frothy and long lasting cap. Oodles of thick lacing left on the glass.
Ripe fruity sniff, with stone fruits coming to mind. Apricots and plums.
Over the top fresh and fruit, again, plums, apricots, and melon coming to mind.
Creamy and smooth mouthfeel.
High quality and highly worthy... go get some...

Pours cloudy orange color with a 1 finger thick head that faded slowly and left good foamy lacing coating the sides. Smells like fresh squeezed lemons, red grapefruit, herbs like garlic and skunk weed, onions, Italian seasonings, biscuit, tea leaf, earthy notes and Windex. There’s an odd smelling hop in the mix and it is not pleasing to my nose.
Tastes like it smells with a lot of lemon flavors like lemon zest, yuzu, lime, red grapefruit, orange peel, coriander, biscuit, tea leaf, dry chalky yeast, wet cardboard, lemonade, some earthy notes and grassy flavors like skunk week or dried hay. Not my favorite OH brew as I found it a little bit odd tasting.
