Yeah, we kind of like seafood round here. An imperial follow up to Seafood Platter, still hopped with Galaxy, Motueka and Idaho 7.

16oz can poured into a snifter
A- pours a hazy orange color with a one-finger foamy white head that reduces to a film on top
S- aroma is a bit muted up front, but eventually opens up with melon, mango, bubblegum and citrus zest
T- tropical hop notes up front of mango, cantaloupe and green melon, followed by undertones of zesty citrus. The finish gives some peppery herbs, along with a hint of grass. Lingers of melon
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel that continues into the finish

16 oz can poured into my collectible aluminum Yankees cup in Central Park. Dark, murky orange-brown color. Not a ton of head and it dissipated fairly fast.
Not a strong smell but I pick up sticky-sweet fruit juice (apple and pear) with a hint of citrus and pineapple.
Dank fruit flavors. Apple juice and pineapple with just a little bit of green onion spicy funk. I even get a hint of bubblegum flavor. Medium long finish that is surprisingly dry. It’s fairly sweet overall, but some of that comes from the high alcohol content which is just slightly noticeable in the flavor.
Feel is thick and sticky sweet. Not a ton of carbonation but enough to get the job done.
It’s a good triple but not one of my favorites from OH. It’s nicely balanced but it leans to the sweet side and the flavors seem a bit muddled compared to the bright, pronounced flavors I usually like on an OH IPA. Still a tasty, indulgent treat for a Saturday afternoon in the park.

16oz undated can.
Pours cloudy yellow with an inch of white fluff. Fat ropes of lacing with persistent retention. White grape bubblegum with peach and candied pear in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft, creamy mouthfeel. Peach, pear, and white grape on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Finishes juicy and tropical.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Canned Jan 14th 2021.
Real nice and fine creamy forming head. Off white in color, maybe a faint tinge of yellow, but super fine bubbles and nearly nitrous at an easy three plus finger height. Simple opaque body, not too turbid or solid either, with a light orange to yellow, varying in degree.
Aroma hits with simple notes as well. Light sensing hop forward flavors of light citrus, bit of pineapple like tropical notes as well. Senses a little muted and subdued but solid.
Palate makes a bit of a surprise. Light bodied but with flavorful depth of character. Creamy light sensing and fruit tropical juiced flavors of tropical fruit and herbs. Spicy touching bitterness on the finish even a vanilla like soft sweetness that catches in for balance and contrast. Hints of mint and powdered sugar with a good bitterness to limit the sweet character, consisting of melon rind and some earth depth.
Nice tasting light bodied but full rich DIPA.

Pours cloudy gold/orange color with a 1+ finger thick eggshell colored head that faded slowly and left decent spotty lacing. Smells of tangerine, clementine, orange peel, buttery biscuit, faint grapefruit, husk, fresh cut grass, piney notes and some spices like pepper and coriander. Aroma seems to turn more earthy as the beer warms up.
Tastes like a subdued version of the nose with the additions of herbs, toasted grains, very mild caramel and tea leaf. The citrus aspects seem dry hopped with the tangerine, orange peel, clementine, orange peel and faint grapefruit giving way to the vegetable husk, fresh cut grass and dry biscuit. This hides the ABV quite well, has nice balance and a good level of bitterness but it just doesn’t smack my tastebuds around with delicious hop flavors like most OH DIPA’s. A solid brew, but a little below average for Other Half.

Can from Jeff, thanks again.
Lightly hazy lemon yellow with a thin bubbly white head that dissipates a bit quickly. Earthy fruity citrus pineapple and grapefruit with a sweet bread to back it up. Love galaxy hops!
