S- Citrus, earthy, papaya, slightly dank, some tropical fruits

T- Citrus, papaya, some passion fruit, lime zest, some grapefruit rind, earthy/dank.

M- Smooth, slightly creamy, medium body.

Sure, Motueka, Citra and Galaxy are cool and all, but have you had Mosic Cryo? That's the question that Other Half is asking and they've come up with an answer: Double Dry Hopped Double Viridian Beams.

While doubling our pleasure and doubling our fun, this beer doubles down on all things hops; leaping right out with an orchard-ripe character of passionfruit, papaya and pineapple just as the turbidly matt beer builds a balmy ivory froth with a pale straw body. Sweet with cereal, agave, poundcake and honeysuckle, the floral sweetness in the beer's upstart provides a creamy and starchy malt impression.

All about the hops, the middle palate overwhelms the malt base with an explosion of tangy fruit flavors ranging from tangerine and lime to passionfruit and papaya with a sherbet-like balance. With a backdrop of tangerine, mango and pineapple, the beer seems as much like mixed drink as much as ale. It trends smoothly bitter with a mild bite of verbena, sassafras, lemongrass, cedar and black tea.

Medium full in body, its the creaminess of the cereal grains that hold the beer back from premiere dryness and refreshment. It finishes malty-dry with a peppery aftertaste akin to gin, tea and a medium long linger of tropical fruit peels.
