Imperial Stout with Pineapple and Coconut. Just helping to prove it’s always stout season with this summer-y drink inspired version.

Look: Cola colored with a short, tan head.
Smell: Lots of malts and chocolate on the nose.
Taste: Definitely sweet and tropical. More subtle than what I expected based on the name.
Feel: A little thinner than most imperial stouts but there was some acidity from the fruit which made it lighter too.
Overall: I enjoyed the beer and liked the tropical fruit notes. It strikes a good balance of flavors.
