Pours the color of grapefruit juice with two big fingers of head. The nose has bright notes of oranges and grapefruit. The flavor follows the nose with a trace of pine on the finish.

Picked this up at Domino Park recently as I didn't realize that this was brewed in D.C. until I looked at the label. Regardless of where this originated, this was on par with everything I've come to expect from these guys over the years as this got better and better as it warmed up as once again, it was quick to leave my pint glass!
No surprise that this had a golden hue to it that was uniform in appearance and had a nice, subtly radiant glow to it. Lots of head topped it off as plenty of big bubbles lingered at the surface. A good amount of lacing stayed behind as I worked my way through this as there was a big ring a quarter of the way down with a few hints of rings below that. Loads of lychee, exotic tropical fruit and floral notes, and sweet malt in the nose as the taste with some dank Hawaiian Punch, sticky mango, and dank forest as the Vic Secret was just a bit stronger than the Mosaic and Galaxy. Balanced, sticky, and full-bodied, it almost felt like this had a hint of oats in it although the hops ultimately won out in the end over whatever else was in this.
That would also include the booze although this felt every bit as strong as it's listed ABV. Enough fruit cocktail tied everything in together as the pulp and rind from those flavors are what stuck with me, and stuck around for the duration. Canned on 3/31, this felt just the right amount of green and ripe as the four weeks of aging was perfect for this beer. Once again, Other Half had a winner with a version that I was lucky to get my hands on. The colorful, and slightly rough, label was a great indication of the lovely liquid inside of the can!

Very cloudy straw appearance with nice white head that dissipates slowly. Aroma is a very pleasant citrus. Taste is also a very pleasant citrus with a thick feel.
