Clear golden body with a full eggshell white head and sporadic lacing. The taste is hoppier for the style with grassy and big floral tones especially, meeting white bread and a mild malt backbone. The smell is actually the aspect that gets the vienna malt flavor more apparently, bonding with the bready yeast before the hops set in. Crisp and dry body for style, hoppy finish. Leans hoppy, but well made

 

A - Pours a clear amber with big sturdy white head. Tons of soapy lacing.

S - Aroma is lager yeast, grassy hops and white bread.

T - The is toasted biscuit, lager yeast, sweet malts and light bitter hop bite.

M -Medium body with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.

O - A really solid Vienna lager.

6 oz draft mini-snifter pour at Lures Bar & Grille. This is a solid if unremarkable Vienna Lager. Clean biscuit/caramel malt, grassy hops, light bitterness. Tasty.

 

 

 

This is a stunning looking output from Other Half, known mostly for Hazy IPAs. Like a pour of blood orange meets rich copper in appearance. Robust maltiness in the bouquet with sweet and sour cherry hints. Lots of grain, toasted malt, grassiness and sweet prune. Finishes like a crisp lager should. Very nice beer.
