This DIPA is dripping big Citra flavor and aroma from a massive dose of Citra Incognito and a heavy hand of honey in the fermenter. Then, we added more Citra, Vic Secret, and our hand-selected Centennial hops in the dry hop.

16 oz can poured into a teku

A- A hazy golden copper with a two finger white head.

S- Pineapple, citrus, some melons, passion fruit.

T- Citrus, pineapple, honey, hint of lime zest, some melons.

M- Smooth, medium body.

O- Honey is pretty tasty but also distracting in this. I know that NEIPA like to down play bitterness but the honey completely replaces any sort of bitterness on the back end.

A - Medium opaque golden tan color with dense white lacing.

S - Pineapple, passionfruit, and citrus.

T - Pineapple, passionfruit, citrus, residual lime on the backside, delicate citrus rind. Ends balanced and leaves a residual coating on the tongue with passionfruit and a little bit of honey.

M - Thick in the middle and slightly thin around the edges.

O - A solid, not memorable and a little on the pricey side.
