Canned on: 06-29-22

A - Opaque yellow gold color thick white, dense, lacing.

S - Dank pineapple, citrus, and light peppery spice with citrus rind.

T - Juicy pineapple, dank citrus rind, some peppery spice, sticky pine, and ends on the balanced side with a perfect balance between pineapple and pine. Nice lingering pineapple and citrus with a small amount of pine underneath.

M - Big body that's pillowy soft and a little chewy.

O - This is rock solid. Recommended.

Gifted a can. Another standout Single Hop showcase. In this case Simcoe.
All the usual suspects… beery fruit ; some snappy tropical fruit, underlying grass and hints of leather.
I more enjoy Simcoe in a mix, but this was still very enjoyable on its own.
Classic OH treatment. Beautiful, aromatic and delicious. Smooth drinking but still light and refreshing. Went down way too easy for its 8.5% weight.

Velvety smooth with mild carbonation, low bitterness and nice balance, this was full of tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit, mango, hints of biscuit, lemon zest, coriander, fresh cut grass, tropical fruit, sweet roasted malt and fruity candy like Razzles. This completely hides the ABV and was another fine DIPA out of Brooklyn.

16 ounce can in a stemmed tulip IPA glass.

Lemon-golden color with a 1-plus F foamy white cap. Lasting retention and sticky web lacing.

Bright tropical melon and pineapple aromas. Light citrus background, lemon. Dark berry mix.

Alcohol basted black and blue berries pineapple flavor.

Medium body, smooth, just a bit juicy. Creamy and fruity.

It lives up to its description. Creamy pineapple in the first sip. Berries in the aroma and taste. Simcoe done right.
