Witbier is brewed with equal amounts of pilsner malt and raw wheat with coriander and bitter orange peel for additional flavor. Our witbier contains a nontraditional dose of lavender for extra depth.

Canned 7/28/21.
Slightly hazy yellow, with about one finger of white head.
Smell is the usual banana extract, clove, coriander, and "fresh" biscuity malt. As the head dies down, the lavender becomes apparent, along with a hint of orange . To me, the lavender aroma detracts from the overall sensation.
Taste is crackery malt, some spiciness (coriander + black pepper) , a vague light citrus flavor, a hint of bubblegum, and a very faint herbal flavor. (Thankfully, that, the lavender, is done with a light touch. :) )
Feel is smooth and light, with some light, very, very fine, sharp carbonation bite.
Overall, well-done. It comes off as beer, not as a vehicle for the additions.
