Pours hazy, pale gold in color with one inch head. Taste is big dank hops and white grape and a touch of cream. Medium heavy body, moderate high carbonation, slightly bitter. Amazing showcase for the hop. Way smoother than this has any right to be. Delicious beer. Another winner from Other Half.

While Mosaic is not my favorite hop, I was lucky enough to get my hands on this a few of the other beers that were released during Mosaic week, right before I took off at the end of the summer. Like a lot of Other Half beers that I've had over the years, this aged well over the course of a few months as it poured and tasted as good as anything that I've had from them recently. If you like Mosaic, you'll be in heaven after having this!
Awesome pour to this as the liquid was a hazy honey with a soft glow to it once I held it up to the light. A thick and perfectly even head topped it off with just a few big bubbles at the surface, as it took it's time to settle down. One thick ring of lacing lingered behind near the top of my pint glass as there were a ton of fine dots that stuck around the rest of the way down. Loads of gooseberry, mango, and nectar in the appealing nose as the taste was as soft, sticky, and full of pure Mosaic as any beer that I've ever had. Blueberry, damp grass, swamp water, and deep tangerine sweetness and dankness rounded out the flavor that this packed as the intensity on the plate was so strong, but just as alluring at the same time.
Full of body, lip-smacking to the last drop and light in carbonation, there was a lot going on here but this featured the Mosaic hop as wonderfully as any beer that I've ever had. Dated 8/3 on the bottom of the can, this was such a winner and that was even by the lofty standards that I've held these guys up to. Loved this beer and loved the week that this was a part of. If you enjoyed the More Citra than All Citra or anything else of substance that has been released by Other Half, get this beer and take the time to savor it - if you can keep it in your glass!
