Just like Big Citra Vibes for Citra Week we had to drop Big Mosaic Vibes for Mosaic Week. Our hand selected Mosaic gets paired with 2-row, flaked and malted oats and unusual for us, pale malt. Moderate body with big mosaic vibes.

Hazy, orange color. Big, white head. Citrus, bubble gum, resin, and malt in the aroma. Moderately sweet at the beginning, with pleasant bitterness at the end.

Pours cloudy orange color with a 3 finger thick dense foamy off-white head that faded extremely slowly, with the massive head dissipating at such a slow pace that it lasted about 5 minutes before finally settling into a nice layer on top of the brew. It smells of lemon zest, clementine, grapefruit, orange peel, melon, biscuit and faint caramel.
Flavor was good but more subdued than expected, with a bouquet of citrus and floral tastes which were balanced by the sweet malty biscuit backbone. The oats made this super smooth and creamy, with mild carbonation that helped it slide down easy.
