Collaboration with Dewey Beer Co.
Sour with Pineapple, Orange, Guava, Coconut and milk sugar. While not a Mosaic beer we thought we would add to the Mosaic Week party with a fruited berliner smoothie dosed with pineapple, orange, guava and coconut and add a dose of milk sugar for smooth creaminess.

Pink grapefruit juice in appearance. Some guava, pineapple and a touch of caramel malt, in the aroma. Tastes like pineapple and guava juice got fermented and were mixed with light roast malt, which clashes.

This one pours a gloopy looking orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like all of the fruit mentioned, with a good blast of coconut.
If you're looking for something that tastes like pineapple, orange, guava, coconut, and milk sugar - well then, I have the beer for you!
This is creamy, rich, and pretty drinkable. It's not quite as heavy as some of the more extreme examples of the style, but it's still a melted smoothie.
I imagine slurplords would like this one. I like the addition of coconut here, it helps add a little bit of uniqueness.
